This luxury, front line golf villa is your perfect "home away from home" located on one of the best Golf & Leisure Resorts in Spain. It has been stylishly and immaculately furnished to an extremely very high standard. It also has its very own hot tub (additional cost, if required) and fully fenced terrace area to the rear of the property with fantastic open views across the golf course. The villa is equipped with mains gas central heating throughout and offers instant hot water on demand, so no waiting around for showers whilst the electric boiler refills! There is also air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in both bedrooms for your comfort.
The lounge offers plenty of comfy seating for the whole family, with a large Smart TV featuring a range of UK and international channels. There is also free fibre optic WIFI. The modern dining table has 4 chairs and enjoys fantastic views over the garden and the golf course through the large rear dining area window. The semi-open plan kitchenette is fully equipped with brand new silver appliances including a microwave, electric cooker, hob and hood, large larder style fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully equipped with kettle, toaster, all pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery. There is also a large under-stair storage cupboard on this floor which is ideal for storing your suitcases during your stay.
The spacious twin bedroom is also located on the ground floor and has two single beds with top quality mattresses, a built in double wardrobe with sliding doors. Next to the bedroom is the shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The open staircase has a wrought iron hand rail and leads from the lounge to the first floor landing, from which you access the spacious master bedroom with a double bed and comfortable mattress and loads of built in wardrobes with sliding doors. There is a large en-suite bathroom which is fully equipped with, toilet, wash basin, bath with shower over, bidet and heated towel rail. The master bedroom also benefits from its own private south facing sun terrace which is accessed directly from the bedroom through large double sliding patio doors.
Outside, to the front of the property is a sunny terrace with a dining table and four chairs. To the rear, with fabulous golf course views, the terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, plus a sofa for outdoor relaxation. There is also a shower for you to cool down, when needed. Here you will find the hot tub, for you to enjoy a drink and the views during the day, or under the stars in the evening.
Please note: There will be an end of stay cleaning and laundry charge, which is 100€. This will be paid in cash to the property managers, at the end of your stay.
On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort's Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.
As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis tables, and a petanca court. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path, in addition to a well-equipped gym. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings, an animal-themed crazy golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around.
The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail thereapy.
**NB The damage deposit is to be paid by bank transfer or debit card, along with the final payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is no facility to pay this in cash at the property**
