Staff were exceedingly helpful, and offered to hold some things I had forgotten at check out for about a week until I returned to Tokyo. The room is clean and larger than I expected, and though we only stayed a night, was comfortable. Very close to the Airport Limousine stop at Washington Hotel, and about a 10minute walk to Shinjuku Station. The taxi ride to Shinjuku Station was about 800yen, which is still affordable.

Ashtray below the main entrance meant that lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. Move the ashtray and everything would be much better.

Good sized room for Tokyo. Bathroom nice and comfortable. Staff quite friendly, no real language barrier. Buffet breakfast had a good range of food as an easy breakfast option. Close to Tokyo Metropolitan buildings, and Shinjuku station. Hotel is a little dated however this does not take away from the comfort. Biggest difference to other hotels was having to return the room key to reception each time you left for the day, however reception was staffed 24/7.

I think you get what you paid for so don’t expect exceptional facilities. Breakfast was good, check in and check out was fast and staff were friendly. You only get 1 pillow per bed, shower was small but apparently that’s the norm in Japan.

Our triple sharing room is big for Japanese standard. We are able to open our luggage and still have walkway. The toilet is small but it is still ok. Buffet breakfast is included in our booking and the food is delicious. Hotel is located in a small alley right next to Shinjuku Washington where there is a pickup and drop off point for Airport Limousine. The hotel is about 15min to Shinjuku station and shopping malls. 👍

The smoking policy needs to be reviewed. Non smoking room was just a room that had previously been occupied by a smoker - aired out. We had to get air freshener to survive. The x rated TV channel as the main tv channels is disappointing. Hotel could do with an overall update. Food options not great. Location however is good.

Gorgeous breakfast, healthy Japanese style and fresh bread with salada. 20min from shinjuku bus station by walking, if you arrivie at Narita express train station it will take more. You can not trust non smorking room. If you are sensitive you wont survive

Breakfast was incredible - unbelievable amount of selection and so delicious. Caters for all tastes pretty much. The staff were really friendly and the room is cleaned well every day. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was fine, close to Shinjuku station, with a lot of restaurantes and stores nearby. There is a family mart and 7 eleven 2 blocks away. Very useful. The room is smaller than I imagine based on the images they show in the expedia site and the bathroom is smaller too. We were three, 1 on a wheelchair an almost couldn{t move inside the room.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each for 5 nights. Rooms and washrooms are small. However, beds are comfy and overall very clean. What we loved about the hotel is the breakfast buffet which was included. There are many selections including Western and Japanese breakfast. They even have congee, Chinese Siu Mai, bulbogi, spareribs , salad and smoothies. Kids love it. We did not get bored of it for our 5 days stay. The hotel is a bit far from Shinjuku station but still is within reasonable walk.

The young people worked very hard to keep the room lean. The front desk staff were also welcoming, etc.We were impressed. The breakfasts were excellent ~ the front lobby always was smelling of cigarette smoke. Slow Wi-Fi in rooms.

Great property located very near to the station and close to the government building with the tower lookout. Not in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku proper, so a bit quiet. Clean rooms. Great service at reception. Helpful staff

The hotel was in a good location but really isnt very well appointed and the rom was tiny even for only 1 adult and 2 children. The place looks tired and the dining area very strange - like a corporate banquet room.

The hotel was amazing for the value and the breakfast buffet was constantly restocked so you never had to worry about the food running out. Our rooms were cleaned every day so after walking across Tokyo it was a nice to return to a cleaned room. The bathrooms are a tad compact so if you are a tall person you are going to struggle with how little space there is but other than that the bathroom is great and filled with the basics just in case you forgot to pack them, they even include razors for shaving however with no shaving foam so you have to use the face soap if you are that desperate for a shave. The one thing that weirded me out was the fact that a cleaner went into our room as we were packing in the morning and just said he will be back at a later time but other than that the hotel is great.

The pictures are misleading, the property is old - our bedroom had a stale odor, the ac didn’t work and it was very stuffy, and our room had little natural light. It was pretty expensive for this type of property. On a positive note - breakfast was good and it was an easy walk to the train station and Shinjuku. Also check out the park a block away - a great way to spend some time if you are up early in the morning (we had a few days of jet lag!)
