It was good and clean hotel. Very close to Chofu subway station and limousine bus to Haneda/Narita airports. No smell of cigarettes. Even though some system are out of order, overall it was okay and enough to satisfy.
Overall experience was good. The room was quiet and warm, we didn't even needed to turn on the heater because it was already warm inside. The staff will help you on what you need. It is near the station and there is a curry restaurant near the hotel. It was delicious and not expensive! :D
The stay was noisy
Rooms are clean, the hotel is suuuper close to a transfer station so it's not an issue to go to tokyo. Also close to restaurants, grocery stories and starbucks. The only con is that the beds are very hard, we had to sleep on top of the comforters to make them a little softer. But overall for the price this hotel is excellent.
