    4/5 Good

Room was comfortable and tv has screen mirroring which was useful for me. My only real complaint is in their dining department. I bought their 4oz black wagyu steak for ¥4300 and it was good for the first two bites after that it got hard and dry because the AC was blowing right on my table. I’m sure their intentions were to keep the diners comfortable, but it wasn’t the best idea to serve waygu like that. I also bought their Seasonal tomato cobb salad for ¥1580. It wasn’t actually a cobb salad. It was just a garden salad. There were no eggs, avacados, any type of cheese, and no meat. Finally I finished off with the Matcha ice cream for ¥850. It was in between a dollop and a scoop. The first bite on the outside was good, but as I ate more it tasted and felt like it had thawed and been refrozen.

    3/5

The larger rooms would not allow the full opening of our luggage unless one bed would be moved out of the way. Bathroom very small, sink small and low, counter narrow ( maybe a bit more than the length of a toothbrush). No closet. Hard to control the air conditioning. Comfy pillows in my opinion (subjective). Staff is polite but most have difficulties to communicate in English.
