"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. He has helped me above and beyond. Please make sure you keep him. He is a great asset to your company "

"Wow when we first arrived we were greeted to a lovely welcome drink and fruit. The reception area is just beautiful and it is so calming away from the craziness outside! This hotel had a great location right in the centre of everything you need to see in Saigon. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I used the gym each morning which was perfect all equipment you needed, just no rower. Pool is lovely, lack of sun loungers due to the space up there so be prepared not get get a seat in the afternoon. We had an issue with our drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel was quick to rectify and also provided us with a taxi to the airport which was a very lovely gesture. Breakfast is very good, variety of egg dishes to order and hot and cold buffet food with both European, Vietnamese etc. coffee is great! Wide section and they even did skimmed milk! Great roof top bar which serves lovely cocktails, have written feedback about the ‘happy hour’ as it doesn’t take any discount off your drink, you get spring rolls… we did go else where for drinks after the first night. As they are pricey at £9 each. Lovely bar called Sol on the corner which serve amazing cocktails and their happy hour is 90k each! Overall I would return and recommend to anyone looking for some luxury in the city! It was a nice final 3 days to stay here after 2 weeks in Vietnam. I actually wished I booked this hotel in Hanoi! "Good location, (slightly) quieter, easy walk to attractions and street food market. Very helpful after checkout, let us use the pool and Gym for shower before catching our evening flight home."

"The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit."

"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
