With just a short distance from Tauranga city centre and Mount Maunganui beaches, cafes and restaurants this beautiful, recently renovated home is the dream place to stay with your family or friends. The spacious outdoor entertaining area is a tranquil oasis, complete with fire pit and Weber BBQ for your use. Inside, you'll find modern facilities, including a gas hob, oven, microwave and air fryer for all your cooking needs. A large 60 inch TV with Netflix and Disney apps will make your stay comfortable. The convenience of being only 2 minutes from Tauranga Hospital makes this spot not only desirable but safe too. The home is two storey with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There are two seperate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. A special feature of the home is kids play loft with toys to keep them entertained for hours.
