The Tree House Our gorgeous friendly "brand new" self contained house with a large living dining area and entertaining deck, has a tree house feel with ocean aspect, is a place to chill out or a place to stay that is convenient to Avalon shopping village, restaurants & beaches! The space The Tree House is the perfect place to unwind, a self-contained space within a beautiful tree line setting, private & peaceful Relax on the deck while listening to the birds or take a walk along the many beaches in the area. The Tree House offers all the modern conveniences, beautifully appointed bathroom and full kitchen with laundry facilities. Private access with off street parking. Offering beautiful district views with water glimpses, this space is an ideal place to explore the many things the Northern Beaches has to offer. Just a few minutes’ drive to the vibrant Avalon shopping village, cafes, restaurants and retail stores. Guest access Guests will be provided with a set of keys upon arrival and a folder containing helpful information on the house and the local area. Interaction with guests We live on the premises and are always available to offer any assistance you might require. However you won't really know we are here unless you need something. We love the location where we live; it's a short distance to fabulous beaches & beautiful Pittwater; great restaurants only a few minutes away. Peaceful quiet area in a great neighbourhood. Avalon village is a vibrant and interesting shopping precinct with supermarket, cinema, banks, post office, restaurants and boutiques. For those who love a round of golf, Avalon has a very nice 9-hole course right in the village and Palm Beach provides an 18-hole course with an ocean view. Getting Around If you don't have your own car, it is a short walk to the main bus route for trips to the city or to Palm Beach (L90, L88) runs approx. every half hour,1 hour to the city. Walking is a great option if you're planning on staying local - or bring a bike. Information on walking trails can be provided. Other things to note Avalon Tree House only excepts a minimum of a 2 night stay for 2 people. Additional people must be approved. Someone will be contactable during your stay if you have any concerns or questions. Please remember to lock all goods inside while not at home.
