The Lookout Iluka Palm Beach

This Top floor two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has wonderful water view to watch the sun set in the evening.

Space and privacy plus cafes, hairdresser and beautician all at your doorstep. Take a stroll to beautiful Snappermans beach and relax in calm protected waters perfect for the children or head around the corner to the Palm Beach surf beach for a bit more action. With plenty of restaurants and activities in the area you won't be short of things to do.

Bedding configuration includes;
Queen bed, 2 singles and a double fold out sofa bed in lounge.
Main with ensuite with spa bath plus, additional bathroom with shower . Sleeps 4-6 guests.

The Iluka Apartments also offer a communal Pool with sun loungers and Barbeque area for apartment guests to enjoy.
Laundry facilities onsite. Secure parking underneath building

Please note

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary guest it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays - we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.

Lovely accommodation in Palm Beach
Lovely apartment in an excellent position. Beautiful view and the swimming pool was great for afternoon swims. Very clean and comfortable. Missed an oven but microwave, stove top and shared BBQ were perfect. Will definitely stay again!

It was lovely, good location. Just a few thoughts that will be helpful. Vents need cleaning, floor drains in bathrooms. Dishwasher racks all askew and we could not fix it. The window sill in mail bedroom, one above bed need cleaning. It might be time for a new coffee maker. Donna

The apartment was clean and spacious and well stocked. Was excellent having two bathrooms, so is great for families or couples. The location was excellent being walking distance to Club Palm Beach, a coffee shop, bus stop with very frequent services and the ferry to take a trip across the bay. I highly recommend staying at this property in Palm Beach.

The property was in a great location Walking distance to the beach and local shops The size of the apartment was good The apartment did lack a comfortable bed It was a very hard bed and pillows were also uncomfortable The bedspread did smell dusty Woke up with stiff back and neck every morning. The apartment was tidy but needed a proper clean instead of just a once over.. Skylight in the bedroom would've been good if you didn't want to sleep in !!
