Welcome to my lovely apartment. This minimalism one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for your trip. Located in the prime location near Sydney Olympic Park, close to heaps of local restaurants and cafes, and just walking distance to public transportation. A comfy sofa bed can be used to accommodate your extra guests, a fully functioning kitchen can also save you a lot of money. Parking will also be provided which located in the basement.

The Space:
Walking into my apartment, you will be fascinated by the spacious living area and the great view from my balcony.

My apartment also featured with TV, wifi, fully functioning kitchen, all the essentials towels, hand towels, hairdryer, iron, iron board and all the stuff you need.

The bedroom comes with high-quality linens, pillows, cushions. I will also provide shampoo, soap, hair conditioner in the bathroom. So no matter if you are here with your family or a few days business trip, you don't have to worry about anything.

Furthermore, all amenities are designed for local residential, if any amenities are closed by any reason then it will not be eligible for any refund. STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, DRUGS, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

Most of the time you will be checking in by yourself very smoothly with the check-in instructions provided closer to your arrival date. Good location for Olympic site events
Located in a convenient location for any trip which revolved Olympic Park. The unit is located on the 16th floor with a pleasant view from the balcony and bedroom. A parking bay is associated to the unit within the complex. A supermarket is within a short walk as is a ferry terminal. The unit itself was reasonably tidy, although it would benefit from a little more attention. The areas under the bed and sofa appear not to have been cleaned for quite some time. The booking process was painful, via a third party management company (Optinest). Payment is required via bank transfer with an additional bond, which you'll have to chase down for reimbursement (it took me a week). Initial communication was painful, mostly through email, and questions took some time to be responded to. Access is via a lock-box within a letter box located near the ground and requiring a light and some dexterity to unlock. Oddly there were only two cups, two mismatched glasses and one teaspoon in the kitchen (plenty of bowls and plates though) and there was a scourer, yet no cleaning cloth/brush etc. There is not enough space to give a full review; although, despite the frustrations I would still recommend the site based on its location and convenience. Hopefully the owners will put some more cups, spoons and glasses on site and improve their communications flow. Some small changes, a lick of paint and a deep clean would improve the experience at this property immensely.
