Very well located. Be aware of parking is very difficult and expense in Bondi Beach. Have a market downstairs that makes life easier.

The location of this property is what makes it so nice. Above the hustle and bustle of Bondi in newly developed modern, luxury apartments. The size of the apartment was just what we needed for 2 people.
