I had a booking but when I got to the hotel they said they can't find the booking. When Orbitz called them regarding the booking they would not pickup the call. They agreed to give us the room at double the price of what we had booked the room for originally.

Clean and comfortable place. Excellent food and good choice of breakfast included. Just 5-5 minutes from the station. Excellent if you’re in Surat for business as it’s vin the vicinity of the textile markets.
