This stunning 3 bedroom townhouse in Marcoola is absolute beachfront holidaying at its best.

Located in Sand Dunes Resort you have the best of both worlds. The beach is right on your doorstep & you have full use of the resort facilities including a 50m Lagoon pool & fitness centre.

This magnificent holiday home is luxury over 2 levels.

The ground floor has the large open plan living areas with the bedrooms on the second floor.
The private rooftop has a private jacuzzi, bar fridge & outdoor lounge to enjoy the coastal vibe & sunset skies.

The space

The lounge extends to a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ.
Upstairs the Master Suite has a large en-suite with spa bath, double vanity & generous walk-through robe.

Soft furnishings throughout the bedrooms provide that feeling of luxury & the balconies off each bedroom are a wonderful place to soak up the sun.

The rooftop has ocean views & you can listen to the waves while enjoying the luxury of beachfront accommodation!!

There are beach toys and balls in the garage as well as cards and games in the dining room for guests to use.

The resort has a 50m lagoon pool with a 20m heated pool and a 20 person spa accompanied by a poolside BBQ and Gym.

A perfect holiday home
We absolutely loved this place! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with exquisite modern furniture. Located in a secure facility, it is close to shops and restaurants and best of all, a magnificent beach is just a 2-minute walk away - perfect for a family holiday! Kirsty, the property manager was just a pleasure to work with, thanks Kirsty.

This was a magic place to stay for our family. Fantastic spacious well equipped villa with a heated pool the kids loved. A step away from the beach and short stroll from the beach side village with great cafe's and restaurants. What a marvellous place to chillax!
