Lahaina is opposite Centaur Park with BBQ's and picnic tables. Walk 400m to the free leisure pool a-front the Surf Club Diner and Kings Beach.

In the precinct is a convenience store, restaurants, interactive water fountain and playgrounds for the kids. Lahaina is a well-maintained, very spacious, 1st floor, 3 bedroom unit and will comfortably sleep 6 people in a Queen, Double and 2 Single beds with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

The proximity to Kings Beach, the Caloundra Music Festival and the price were awesome. The carpark provided is very tight and challenging to get out of for large cars.

The property was good, however when found the tv was broken, we reported it and we have now been charged our bond for damage we did not cause. We will not stay with this provider again, nor recommend them.

Short stay
This property is in a great location, walking distance to beach, parks and eateries. It is a little dated, and air conditioning wouldn't go astray especially in the two smaller bedrooms. Also wifi would be handy.

Nice property,if a little tired !.....just a stroll to the beautiful Kings beach....and just a few minutes drive to the centre of Caloundra.....all you need at the property,although you will need to hire bed linen....Overall , good value....

Cleanliness was average, but location was great
Very nice location. After first checking in, some of the linen (provided mattress protectors) were dirty, some dead insects throughout unit after first checking in, no air conditioning, floor's weren't properly vacuumed (food bits and pieces under chairs and couches) but the location and the low price were very competitive. Only a short walk to the main town beach and far enough away from the bustle of town. Would probably best suit a larger family with young kids.

Great location and well-equipped for a family stay
We had a great stay over the Christmas break at this property. The kitchen (unlike some holiday places) was well-appointed with everything needed to prepare and host a Christmas lunch comfortably for 12 . There was a cupboard full of family board games which we loved and utilized. The location of the apartment was central to everything and had a brilliant outlook where each night we had evening drinks on the balcony enjoying the lovely sunsets.

A home away from home
We spent 8 nights at this well equipped, comfortably furnished apartment with our two young children. Beautiful location with stunning views of the ocean from the living and kitchen, so close you can hear the waves crashing. Although it's located away from the centre of town, it's only a short drive away. Good undercover parking and the apartment was neat with 3 good sized bedrooms, a bath in the main bathroom, an ensuite and a small laundry made this place quite comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was fairly uncomfortable but that is our only complaint. We would stay here again.
