Tasteful house with a natural plot by the sea

The tastefully decorated house gives you a view of the Båtviken archipelago, the harbor entrance to Strömstad and cliffs where you can hike well.
In the bathing area of the house, the walls and floor are covered with slate, the bathtub is wide, and there is also a shower and sauna. No necessary equipment is missing in the kitchen. Very inviting terraces let you enjoy the sunsets. There is also a cozy, open fireplace, where you can grill and find extra warmth as needed. There is also a new gas grill.
It is only 5 minutes to the good golf course in Strömstad and the resort of Nötholmen. It is only a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach. A private bridge with rowing boat is at your disposal.

Superställe!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Grundstück
Wir waren zu zwölft in der Unterkunft (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt genossen. Sehr nah zum Wasser, wo die Kinder baden konnten oder man am Wasser unendliche Spaziergängen machen konnte. Dabei konnten wir Austern und Muscheln sammeln und Krabben, Fische, Quallen... beobachten. Auch super, dass das Boot, die Kajaks und die Fahrräder genutzt werden konnten. Schwimmwesten sind reichlich vorhanden - auch ein paar für Kinder. Für die Küche ist alles da und am Tisch ist auch Platz für 12 Personen, wobei es dann schon etwas kuschelig wird. Falls man nur mit Kindern unter ca. 7Jahren unterwegs ist, sollte man sich die Zimmeraufteilung anschauen. Eventuell lohnt es sich ein Reisebett oder sonstiges zusätzlich einzupacken. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderschöner Sylvesterurlaub
Ein wunderschön großes Grundstück welches direkt an die Natur angrenzt und am Küstenwanderweg liegt. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen konnte.

Wir, drei Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zwischen 6 und 13, haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Häuser sind sauber u d freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Man kann 2 Fahrräder und das Ruderboot benutzen. Viele Wanderrouten in der Nähe - insbesondere auf den umliegenden Inseln. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen

Fantastikt hus
Vackert hus, fullt utrustat, välskött trädgård och vackra omgivningar. Det vi gillade bäst var den öppna spisen utanför på den täckta terrassen. Så man kunde sitta ute på hösten när vädret inte var så bra. Lars kunde kontaktas när som helst om frågor uppstod.

Superschöner Aufenthalt in superschöner Umgebung
Alles war prima und wir hätten länger als nur eine Woche bleiben sollen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, in 5 Minuten Laufentfernung vom Skagerrak entfernt, am Ende einer Sackgasse (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Innerhalb 1-2 Minuten erreicht man die Felsen, von denen aus man einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser hat. Unten gibt es einen kleinen Steg und ein Ruderboot, mit dem man die umliegenden Inseln erkunden kann. Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Wohnzimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad sind neu gemacht und sehr gemütlich. Unsere Freunde haben sich in der Hütte mit eigenem Bad sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder fanden ihre eigenen Hütten toll! Das kleine Zimmer im Haupthaus haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Terrasse ist super zum sitzen und überall gibt es gemütliche extra Sitzgelegenheiten (Liegestühle etc.). In der Küche gab es auch alles, was man so braucht. Strömstad erreicht man in 10 min Autofahrt. Dort gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einen Tierarzt 😉 Norwegen erreicht man nach kurzer Autofahrt und Fredrikstad (ca. 45 min) ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert (Achtung! Hunde müssen 24-120 h vor Grenzübergang eine Bandwurm-Entwurmung gemacht haben. Geht unkompliziert beim Tierarzt in Strömstad). Eine Schiffstour zu den Kostaröarna ist absolut zu empfehlen und es ist auch schon, einfach über die Felsen hinterm Haus entlang der Küste zu wandern/klettern. Wir hatten Glück. Das Wetter war gut und es gab nicht viele Mücken, dafür ein paar Quallen im Meer. Trotzdem haben wir fast jeden Tag gebadet. Die Kommunikation mit Lars war prima. Er ist wirklich sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Ich sollte nicht zu viel Werbung machen, um nicht zu viel Konkurrenz zu bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Lars und Mai haben einen ganz tollen, besonderen Platz dort in Båtsviken. Vielen Dank!

Super Location für zwei Familien
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in Batviken verbracht. Gerade das Anwesen mit einem großen Haupthaus und drei kleinen Nebengebäuden (eins davon mit Bad und Kühlschrank) ist ideal für gemeinsam reisende Familien. Geschirr ist genug da für zwölf Personen, allerdings ist die Spülmaschine klein, so dass sie mit 8 Personen teilweise zweimal täglich lief. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir Pulver mitgenommen statt Tabs, dann hätte man besser dosieren können. Aber Hauptsache, es ist überhaupt eine funktionsfähige Spülmaschine da. Die Küchengeräte sind top, deutsche Marken. Ein Kaffeevollautomat ist eingebaut, das war super, da jeder von uns seinen Kaffee anders trinkt. Es gab auch eine Filtermaschine, Filter waren auch reichlich vorhanden. Seife stand in allen Badezimmern und auch Spüllappen und ein paar Geschirrhandtücher waren da. Die Sauna ist recht klein, eher für 1-2 Personen. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei, ist aber sehr schmal. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt haben! Lars ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir hatten das Glück, ihn persönlich kennenzulernen.

Ein ganz wunderbarer Ort und ein traumhaft schönes Objekt.
Für uns war es genau richtig. Für die Kinder, uns Erwachsenen und auch für die Hunde. Viel Platz zum Spielen und zum Genießen. Ein toll eingewachsen es Grundstück, nah am Wasser mit Meerblick vom Esszimmerplatz aus. Die Häuser sind sehr liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet. Komfortable und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt, könnten uns wunderbar erholen und kommen herzlich gern wieder. Wir bedanken uns nochmals herzlich beim Eigentümer Herrn Lars Norden

Ein erholsamer Jahreswechsel
Wir haben den Jahreswechsel hier mit 11 Personen verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Wasser, die Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge, ... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Strömstad (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) ausreichend. Von dort kann man auch mit der Fähre zur Insel Koster fahren. Für einen Tagesausflug sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett, er antwortet sehr schnell. Vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann im Sommer noch einmal :)
