"I am so happy that I opted for this hotel. The location is great if you need to fly the next day. I felt welcomed, they where super friendly and very accommodating. The staff helped me to find a way to charge my phone and I am very grateful for that. 10 out of 10 would recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower pressure was amazing! The busstop was just 7 min walk. "

"The propert was lovely, our room was modern and up to date. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and clean! The bathroom was so lovely and clean. I loved that you didnt have to go through the pub to get to the rooms although there was a walkway into the pub at the bottom of the steps if you wished too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"The building & grounds are both very attractive. My room was modern, spacious, light & the bed was very comfortable. I also had nice views of the gardens. The carpet & furniture in the room needed a little repair although understandable with general wear & tear. The food in Sartoria was very good & the food in the Garden Brasserie was excellent. Service was very good across the hotel with all staff being professional, friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay again. Many thanks! "
