"Beautiful hotel, stunning lake. Staff all lovely and helpful. I feel that the Compulsory valet parking at $50 a day is unnecessary on top of the price of the room and resort fee. Kids loved the s’mores in the evening and the pool was warm. "

"We were extremely happy with everything about our room except we couldn't get the room under 80 degrees. Whem we mentioned it at the front desk during check out the nice lady took our parking fee off. 😀 We give them 9.95 out of 10. "

"Our 1 bedroom condo in Terrace building was clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated with a rustic alpine motif. Fireplace and size was excellent for a family of 4 adults. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The 4th floor condo had easy access to the building’s hot tub (it was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay), bbq area and Activities Center. Alternative rooftop hot tub was sought and enjoyed in another building. Shuttle transport to the Stagecoach Lodge and to South Lake Tahoe ran regularly. Underground parking was convenient in a snow storm. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return!"
