we got there and was told they didnt have a room for us, that they didn't lnow how to contactnus because we booked thru expedia. booked the room, fully paid, party of 6 and a dog. communicated with the hotel since day of cooking until 2 hrs before we arrived, via MESAGE THE HOTEL link.of expedia. but no.one from that hotel tried to communicate to me that there is a problem at their end. i even advised them we are checking in late, past 8 had to drive back home, 3 hrs as there is no other hotel nearby that could accommodate our party and a dog. thank goodness for travel insurance.
