Staff wasn’t to friendly , I was in Hilton in Ft. Lauderdale for my sons bday , and the staff went above in beyond, here I went to celebrate my birthday, my wife told the lady at the front desk, but they didn’t do anything about. I think they have to work More on that, hospitality. Not the best , the rest everything was good . Thanks . I’m a Hilton honors so I went there, they didn’t even gime water like in others Hilton.

Amazing staff! Felt super safe and was an easy walk to most tourist like things - and they set up car services really easily. Room was huge, super clean and had everything and more. Beach was gorgeous and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back!

First time in Sint Maarten. This property was walking distance to lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and a casino. You can rent a car or scooter and make it to the east side of the island in less than 15 mins.. and we traveled to the north on the French side which was about 20. The pool here is beautiful with amazing views!! Lots of pool side activities. Very clean and nice big rooms. Their motto here is “the friendly island” and it holds true. Highly recommend!!

I love the shuttle service to the local restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only wish was for a mirror in the bedroom and not only bathroom. It would have been helpful since I shared room with friends.

We had to park in the lower garages near the laundry room in which it seemed like every day it smelled like pot from the workers. Also, they tried to put us in room that we didn't book. It was across the street without an elevator.

Liked the property has two small beaches, pool, hot tub, full kitchen, comfy beds, dining options within walking distance. Did not like having to get up at 630 am to play the towel game and save an umbrella but otherwise you couldn't get one if you waited till 830-9.

My husband and I have been going to St Martin since the early 90’s and stayed at multiple places, this is the best place we have ever stayed! The staff here is outstanding, they were all very friendly and efficient at there jobs, they helped make our trip amazing!

Nice resort, room is clean and very comfortable, Staff is very responsible and friendly. One thing that all rooms have full kitchen but cookware is poor quality and not enough quantity

This hotel is nearly perfect. Location , spacious rooms, beautiful grounds , all perfect, the only negative point is lack of shaded loungers both on beach and pool ! One must be up before 7:00 AM to reserve a spot. Extremely unpleasant, considering the «  resort fees «  are supposed to be for those perks. Pool area is crowded . Shame they can’t open up more space on these huge grounds.

Great place to stay. Clean....lots of things to do. Poolside activities are fun for kids AND adults alike. Graded down a little because losing power and then losing water for parts of a day became frustrating. The manager of this property is OUTSTANDING! Always a smile on his face as he continued to "put out fires".

The property was more beautiful in person than those pictures online. The beach is located right next to the patio which gives you an impression of private beach access. Gentle tide and clear water is perfect for swimming and dipping in water. A few good restaurants within walkable distance. A nice size swimming pool with beach access and a bar. I highly recommend this place!

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay. Property is clean, rooms are nice as is the large balcony. Pool and the two hot tubs are nice. Beach and the views are beautiful. Easy parking, friendly staff. Just a nice place to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommend.

Time share managed by Hilton in reality- but an amazing experience. Room with equipped with a kitchenette along with a washer and dryer (which was a nice surprise to be able to do some laundry mid trip). Very chill vibe at the private beach, late afternoon with a steel drum playing and rum drinks- this is the place. Tons of dining options and a market in a short walk away. I’ll be back for sure.

The property is very nice and staff and amenities are excellent. HOWEVER, the road to reach the property is the worst piece of highway on the island. My wife has back issues and she could barely manage to go out of dinner or any reason to leave the property. Hilton and the other properties and owners along the road should do something to force the local government to do something.

Positives: Great property!!!! Clean well kept grounds, great room sizes!! Having full kitchen is a bonus!! Personable and attentive staff!! Enjoyed daily activities. Really liked being on beach side. Walking distance to great restaurants! Things to work on: We had beach chairs stacked right in front of our room so view was not the greatest while looking out in our room and deck. (7140) Empty bottles of conditioner and body lotion where in our room upon arrival but quickly replaced when called. But we could not figure out how to make pumps work so called again and two new bottles where brought with pumps working. We had a fantastic time at your resort!! Would definitely recommend others to stay there.
