THE PROPERTY:

One primary bedroom suite is located downstairs. This suite is a perfect family bedroom, with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and best of all, a Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower. Upstairs, four additional bedroom suites round out this amazing home. Three of these suites offer two queen-size beds each, while the fourth offers a queen-size bed with a twin-size sleeper sofa. Each ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, walk-in shower, and plenty of fluffy, white towels. Those who have to check in with the office will find a remote workstation including desk and chair on the second floor. A convenient half-bath is located on the first level.

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Whether you are in town for family or friends, there is plenty to keep you busy in the St. Louis Area. This St. Louis home is in a prime location just minutes from all the best attractions! If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se. The City Museum has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis. Now let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive to St. Louis Arch and downtown.

Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues are both within a 5-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans! Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.

Lastly, for the outdoorsy person, Forest Park has a little bit of everything! Dine at the boathouse and rent paddleboards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, go see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC) so there is plenty to explore.
