Welcome to the 3rd of 3 beautifully redesigned townhomes conveniently located near Anheuser-Busch! This home can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it perfect for those family getaways!

It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Walking into the home, you will find the cozy little room inviting you to have a seat and rest for a minute.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for yourself and your family, including stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, basic spices, etc.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable streaming on the smart TVs throughout the home. For our younger guests, we provide a highchair and a pack-n-play.
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We are currently unable to accommodate pets on the property. We understand that pets are part of the family, but to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we regret to inform you that we are not accepting pets at the moment. This expertly renovated townhome has retained enough of the original charm to create a warm and elegant space perfect for those seeking a luxury experience. Nestled in the Benton Park neighborhood, you'll enjoy convenient access to Highway 64/40 and Highway 44, and Highway 55.

Guests are pleasantly surprised by the private parking for one on a rear parking pad, as well as on-street parking in front of the home. Those traveling with children and pets (we're pet-friendly!) will be thrilled with the fenced-in yard, keeping all your precious ones safe and within easy viewing distance.

Enter the home to an inviting living space, complete with a plush sofa with a built-in chaise and two side chairs, perfect for a quiet conversation. Stream your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted TV.

If you like to cook, you will love this gourmet kitchen! It's loaded with all the top-shelf amenities, like stainless steel appliances, marble counters, white subway tile backsplash, and floating shelves. The center butcher-block island with seating for 2 provides a great space to hang out with the chef while he or she works their magic!
If you'd rather have a hamburger, or some veggies straight from the grill, good news! A Weber grill is right outside the door.

Savor a delicious meal together at the adjacent dining table for 8, as you discuss the day's events and plan for another memorable day tomorrow. We keep parents in mind, with a high chair for the little ones.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, there's plenty of room for everyone, and with each bedroom on a separate floor, there's also plenty of privacy!

The first floor of the home offers the primary suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second-floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third-floor bedroom offers 2 queen-size beds and a seating area for two in a cozy space with exposed brick walls.

The second bathroom with a tub/shower is located on the first floor and the last bathroom with a tub/shower is on the mid-level.

Great place to stay!
The property was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 3 bathrooms and the kitchen area was nice with a lot of room. The living room was a little small. It was super convenient for our wedding and other events in the downtown area. Parking was fine too. The major drawback for this property is the stairs. They are extremely steep but worked fine for our group of able bodied adults and children over 6 years old. I would not want to have toddlers here. There was plenty of hot water for showers but the kitchen did not have hot water. Warning - the downstairs hot water in the bathroom is scalding. We could have used another dish towel in the kitchen too. It would also have been nice to have a bathroom on the third level with that bedroom. This location worked great for our purposes!
