ZC2 Home Base for Zion With Two Masters

A two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah.

This modest 1,000 sq. ft. home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6.

Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. 

The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you!  We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels.

Guests have access to the entire property, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our project.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

The facility was great. Unfortunately, the person I made the reservations with told me that Zion Park was 2 blocks from the house and it is 20 miles away! the created a problem with us. A refund is requested. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we love the location because it's in between Zion and St. George, the 2 main places we like to hike and visit. It is a quiet area and near to everything you need - stores, restaurants, plenty of hiking.

We loved the cottage. It was well updated, had a great view of the mountains and could walk to a few restaurants. We appreciate all the additional touches like coffee and filters, pancake mix and syrup and spices and condiments. It was a pretty drive to Zion too.

The location wasn’t far and it had all we needed including a kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, large bedrooms with their own baths and a separate living area with TV. Our passcode did not work. Fortunately, there was a woman in the laundromat behind our unit who knew how to contact the appropriate person. He (she) reset the code and we were in. The unit was spotless and everything else worked fine. Having two separate bathrooms really helped with 6 people. There was a new box of pancake mix and breakfast syrup in the cabinet. My daughter made pancakes for everyone which was appreciated by all and especially by the 5 and 7 year old grandsons. That was a nice touch.
