Good apartment
The apartment was initially difficult to find as it is a newbuild and not on the satnav. A street name and directions would have been helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We struggled getting the underfloor heating to the right temperature, but got there in the end! Unfortunately, we discovered too late that the toilet in the main bathroom did not flush. The bathroom therefore remained off limits for the remainder of our stay! We tried to call the 24 hour number to report the fault, but there was no answer. We could see this was not a new problem, as the cleaner had previously noted it in the checklist, which we found under the kitchen sink. The only other things I would like to point out are that there was only one saucepan provided (it would be useful to have more when cooking dinner), and some home touches , e.g. pictures on the wall, etc would be nice (it all seemed too bare). However, all that said, a good apartment. Please note if you want parking, you have to pay for it in advance by getting in touch with Flying Butler directly.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and clean. Only faults were not given code for car park, it was just luck that someone from apartments turned up as I could not get an answer from calling and when asking at reception for another set of keys as we only had one set and two couples with different plans for the weekend were told we could only have one set made the weekend difficult.
