Great get away from everyday routine! Enjoy beautiful sunset & sunrise on beach.

This two bedroom two bath condo is fully furnished and on the beach side. It has a a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in bedroom 2 and a queen size sofa sleeper. It sleeps 8 persons. Condo is on the second floor and has a view to the swimming pool and the wonderful fireworks show that Claytons displays in the summer weekends right off the balcony. Access to two heated swimming pools, laundry room and is in walking distance to the beach. The Tiki is right next to Claytons, the biggest outdoor beachside bar, across from the Sea Turtle Inc, Birding Center and Convention Center. Rates vary by season.

It is a great family area that caters to teenagers as well as young children. The island has shopping, movies, and allows great family time full of events that can be done together as a unit. Every time we go out we have a wonderful family experience and look forward to the next time we can spend time together.

Minimum age requirement is 23 to rent the condo. ( Refundable within 5 days of departure) Assuming there are no damages.
The remaining balance can be divided into two payments at your request. Toiletries are not included.

Family beach vacation
The TIKI complex has been around since 1973. It has been and still is a tropical landscaped property that has VERY WELL maintained grounds. The unit we stayed in was nice but definitely had the signs of being a rental. The remote to the TV in our room had no batteries and the cable remote was missing (we did speak to the owners about this on day one to confirm it was missing and was never found). As for check-in we tried several tries to contact the host about check-in procedures, codes, etc the day of check-in and continued for a few hours after check-in time. The host was very apologetic and all was resolved. The A/C definitely worked...almost too well. Even when set at 75 it remained 6-8 degrees colder throughout the day and evening. Alternative could definitely been worse! Overall we had a good time. The beach is close and pool was clean and enjoyable.

Nice, comfortable condo. Needed more than one trash bag in the kitchen and a few more dish towels would have been helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped - even a slow cooker. A problem with a garage disposal was taken care of in a couple days. Bathrooms were appointed.

Everything Needed
This unit had everything we needed for our month long stay. I can’t say much for the weather the first full week with wind, rain, and cold for 7 solid days, but not the fault of property owner or Tiki management. We had a nicely stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with plenty of towels. There were beach toys & chairs in the closet and the property owner answered any and all questions quickly. I would stay again.
