"The cleanliness of the room stood out. The room itself had a clean smell. Requiring the card to get past the lobby is a nice safety measure. I did not like the notes on the keypad in the lobby zone. The “Do I look like a phone” definitely left a bad impression when thats the first thing you see walking into the facility."
