Worst experience in a rented apartment ever. Note that the pictures are deceiving. It is not a bright place as suggested but quite dark inside. Check-in through an awfully useless app KEESY. It took me more than 30 min to complete the whole process uploading copies of my ID and signing electronic documents. However, standing in front of the door the electronic code to open the door did not work. So, I had to call the manager just to get in. The furniture is cheap and scarce. The glass shower wall will break if one is not careful. The TV was tiny without a remote control, so I could watch only one program. WORST of all, NO WIFI. After calling the manager again twice, I finally got an access code via text message. But it simply did not work, which meant that I had to call him again but then he did not answer anymore. The problem was not fixed during the whole stay. The manager seems overburdened with problems suggesting that he has two much to do managing 13 apartments. So, this is a clear case of an owner who is in the rental business max. profits but delivering no service, outsourcing the problems to a manager who has no competence. Moreover, the cleaning fee was raised from 25 to 40 Euros between the booking and the rental which is not justified given the size of the apartment. This higher fee had to be paid through the app during the check-in phase. Expedia will NOT refund due to a fine-print argument. I suggest to NOT rent this place and Expedia should no longer offer it.
