I enjoyed my stay. Bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom with proper water pressure and toto bidet. Small amenities like razor and shaving gel etc. Extra multi phone charger equipped at the head of bed
I have asked for a non-smoking room and I was given a smoking room.
In the heart of a great city. The staff ensured we had as much support as possible during a late night check in. The hotel itself offered an incredible view of the city and the mountains to include Mt Fuji if you were at the right angle. We could watch the trains all day, very cool. The hotel was key and had a traditional feel of course with modern amenities.
Some Staff although dont speak english, tried their best to serve customer well
This is a Western style hotel, located immediately beside Shizuoka Station, which makes it incredibly convenient. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.
