This hotel is lovely, situated next to a park and across from the Jing'an Temple. The subway is on the same block as the hotel, which makes travel around Shanghai easy. I particularly liked that there were no carpets in the rooms.

1)Dirty - the glass was with dirts since I checked in the room. I put it on the table, same glass was served without washing or changing a new one. see pics attached. - moreover, there r dust loads at the corners n under the cupboards. I dropped my hair clip on floor, my hand was full of dust after picking it up. 2) no communication between reservation n reception - I was being confirmed by the reservation officer that I was supposed to hv a complimentary breakfast but the receptionist told me that I don’t hv any complimentary breakfast. - I found the email n show the receptionist, they said they need time to check. By the time that they replied, I already missed the first day’s free breakfast. - I sent email to reservation officer to c if I can hv the breakfast on the next day which is my last day of stay. By the time I received their replied email was at 10:40am, so I missed the breakfast again!!! - coz of their lack of communication, I couldn’t get my breakfast!!!! - very disappointed

A stylish hotel in a great location
A beautiful hotel in the most active part of Jingan. If you are into shopping, this is the area to be in. The hotel is beautifully designed with wonderful outdoor amenity space and very stylish interior. The service however was a bit indifferent and worse than expected. Stay st the St Regis more regularly and that hotel although not as stylish as the Puli has much better staff and service.

The hotel is well located in the city centre with several shopping malls around. room facilities is new and clean. The only thing that disappointed us was when we went for breakfast at around 9:30am (end at 10:30am), Deep-Fried Dough Stick was already out of order......which was not a 5 star hotel standard. Other than this, everything is perfect. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
