Greatly disappointed!
My daughter and I were greatly disappointed with our first-time stay at this hotel. It offered business hotel amenities but was clearly a "love motel". We encountered trouble immediately upon arrival starting with check-in ~ no English-speaking staff and a delay as our reservation had to be verified because it was the hotel's first time having guests book through Hotels.com. Upon entering our non-smoking room, we were overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke and found a dirty ashtray in the bathroom. The room was also dirty, having been hastily cleaned from, no doubt, a couple's short stay before us. We requested a room change but were given another smoking room. This room was also dirty, the bathtub took almost an hour to fill, the curtains wouldn't close properly, the TV was not working, there was no soap, and no extra pillow available. Additionally, the breakfast, which we expected to be basic, was terrible ~ stale bread and no muffins as we were told. For a fee of almost $100 CAD per night for a standard double room, we expected more in Seoul's competitive hotel market. We were greatly disappointed and, therefore, do not recommend this hotel.
