The location is next to Hanok Village which is a very nice place to walk at night with different little restaurants and retailers. There is a 24 hrs 7/11 store across the hotel and a local convenient store similar to 7/11 on the right side of the hotel. This hotel is very close to the metro Jongno-3 sam gu station exit 3. The only inconvenient I find is it is very difficult to walk dragging your luggage thru the street to the bus stop to and from the airport ( 10 mins walk). We ended taking a taxi from the hotel to the airport. I just wish the airport bus is close to the hotel then this will be an ideal location for future stay in Seoul.

Location was good but facilities were quite old. Broken drawers were keep open and toilet was quite small to move around.

Good points are : - Location is nice just in front of many restaurant and bar. Near center also by feet. Not too far from subway station either. - staff is nice and welcoming, speak English and Japanese and ready to help. Bad point are : - cleanness was lacking. Shower room had dirty water left and brown marks. - Bed sheet wasn’t change from day to day and left some hair when the bed was made. - The air conditioning wasn’t properly functioning (couldn’t stop it at first then couldn’t start it after). - I wouldn’t recommend the morning breakfast. It was not really good and even juice was syrup made.
