Really nice hotel with the best location. The vice is very Gothic. If you like that, you will love it. The rooms are little too dark for me but if you are not into reading, the decoration and the feel of the rooms are superb.

But I arrived the hotel in the early morning but was told the earliest check in time is 1pm, also I can’t have breakfast buffet provided by hotel since I’m not the hotel guest yet even though I can pay for the breakfast. Not very considerate policy for hotel guest whose flight is early morning.

Everything was great! Super conveniently located right near the subway station only one stop from Seoul station, right near Myeongdong and the Namdaemun Market. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and they clean the room beautifully every day as well and the amenities are great, the rooms themselves are super comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Seoul!

The hotel is very well placed for walking yo Namdaemun market and lotte dept stores.. It is also a 30 sec walk to a subway line which connects very well throughout the city.. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night and there are many choices for food and drink nearby.. The room was well appointed and clean.. Special mention about the congierge s aff and particular Peter at reception.. They were very helpful assisting us with all our luggage and arranging taxi to airport.. We will definitely return next time we stay in seoul
