Amazing service, great location, excellent staff, rooms were nice. The only small points against gardens cabins was how small the room was and the ventillation did feel like it supplied enough fresh air while we slept.

Deluxe Cabins are practically hotel rooms
I was reluctant to book any capsule type hotels since I am sensitive to noise, but Gardens Cabin was great when I stayed since no-one made any loud noise (snoring, etc.) With the room layout, however, it only takes one person snoring to wake up the whole area. Deluxe Cabins are practically hotel rooms, with decent space for soli travelers. It is significantly better than the standard types that are indeed capsule-like. The 'doors' are plastic slides that fully close In terms of privacy, the doors have a slight opening at the top, and therefore noise do come through that opening. The doors are however seal completely and therefore no-one can see the inside once closed. The shared toilet area was extremely clean, and was kept so with the manner of the local Japanese guests. Earplugs, headphones, dental kit, comb, and pajamas are available, and overall the experience was great.

Convenient clean practical stay!
Shared baths on B1 floor, reception and lounge area on 2 floor, rooms on floors 3-6 with bathrooms on each floor. Pods are clean. No one is above or below you, which is nice. Luggage space under the bed is relatively small (fits backpacks but not a suitcase) and comes with a lock. There's also a small lockable storage by the end of the bed. Overall good price for the stay but as with all capsule hotels there is no sound proofing across the pods (curtains only). Would recommend for short stays. Convenient location.

New and modern facilities. Like a capsule hotel but with "cabins": an aclove with more than enough room to stand on, a large mattress, and some storage space below. Perfect location in the center of Sapporo, 15 minutes walk to the train station and Susukino. The only negative point is there were only two shower stalls, and one was out of order. Guests were expected to use the communal showers at the onsen. I didn't realize this on the first night because I didn't go inside the onsen and those showers were hidden from view.
