Nice but not an hotel of 2,5 stars
Personnes très arrangeantes mais pas un hotel et surtout pas 2,5 étoiles. Chambre horrible en préfabriqué, à peine plus grande que le lit, mur en carton, porte en aluminium. On entend son voisin ronflé, impossible de dormir quand une personne prend une douche car les tuyaux passent au dessus des chambres et ça fait un bruit phénoménal. C'était une très mauvaise nuit. Vu la disposition du lieu, ce n'est pas un hotel et je ne sais pas comment il peut être noté 2,5 étoiles !!! Par dessus, le prix de la nuit n'est pas donné, vu que c'est l'hotel le plus cher qu'on a pris parmi les 6 du Brésil. Chose positive, bien localisé, mais quand même à fuir. Je suis déçu que Hotels.com puisse proposer un "hotel" comme ça

Melhorando a limpeza, volta a ser perfeito
A proposta é excelente para quem precisa apenas dormir e tomar banho. Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei e acho que a limpeza deixou a desejar. Os lençóis não pareciam limpos (talvez por estarem muito usados e com manchas) e os banheiros precisam de uma boa faxina (limpar banheiro é muito mais do que lavar o vaso sanitário. Todos os boxes estavam imundos, nojentos.) Tirando esses cuidados, que são super possíveis de resolver, continuo achando uma ótima opção pelo custo-benefício e recomendando.

Hostel ideal para pasar la noche.
El hostel está muy bien ubicado en una zona linda de Sao Paulo, turística y con muchos bares, restaurantes y cafés. Accesible en transporte público. El personal del hotel muy atento y accesible, la habitación es muy pequeña pero es lo indispensable para descansar después de pasear por la ciudad. Los baños y las instalaciones muy limpias, un hostel agradable y tranquilo.

Hotel bem localizado, mas bem simples
Nunca tinha ficado num hostel, essa coisa de dormir num quarto coletivo e tal. Então, ter ficado no Massimo foi bem legal porque é um hibrido entre hostel e hotel : os hóspedes dividem banheiro, mas não o quarto. Os banheiros são limpos com bastante frequência, ~ a ducha é melhor que da minha casa ~. Além de custar muito pouco: paguei 70 reais a diária. Cada um tem a chave do seu quarto, que é super pequenininho, mas dá para o gasto, quando você tem compromissos na cidade. Pontos negativos: as paredes são de dry wall, então são finas dum jeito que dava para ouvir o ronco do cara que dormia no quarto do lado, quase como se ele estivesse dormindo comigo. Também dava para ouvir a conversa de telefone da moça do outro quarto; especialmente no banheiro maior, o box tinha que ser de vidro e não de cortina: molha TUDO, TUDO MESMO, além de ficar cheirando a mofo.

O espaço é simples mas muito bem cuidado e as instalações são confortáveis e aconchegantes. Não tem luxo e os "quartos" são bem pequenos, mas o suficiente para quem precisa tomar um banho e dormir.
