A beautiful and comfortable home on the waterfront of Menorca’s popular area Punta Prima, Villa Cristella will leave you beaming from ear to ear as soon as you see the property. The proximity to the ocean and town centre is balanced perfectly with the peaceful area around the home, creating the perfect setting for your trip.

There are five bedrooms at Villa Cristella, each containing a cosy double bed ready to recharge you at the end of each day. Each bedroom has closet space, too, so guests won’t be forced to live out of their suitcases during their stay and can instead fully relax. The master bedroom is the largest, an extremely spacious room with its own living space. There is a double bed, two sofas and a TV, and French doors leading out to a private balcony. Four bathrooms are spread across the villa, making sure to cut down any wait time in the morning!

The sleek white kitchen at Villa Cristella has everything you need to whip up your favourite meals during your stay. Make use of the appliances, including an oven and microwave, by taking a trip to the local supermarket to stock up on ingredients and snacks.

The villa has two communal living areas on two separate floors, perfect for big groups looking to spread out or groups with kids wanting to claim their own living space for playtime. Each features sofas to kick back and relax and a TV to enjoy. The Wi-Fi is also available so guests can stream content or connect to life back home whilst taking in the incredible views of the ocean outside.

Outside, guests will be absolutely delighted with how close the ocean is to the property edge – literally a stones throw away! Start each morning with a trip down to the natural cave, dip in the blue water, or end each day floating under the sunset.

Guests need not even leave the property to enjoy the cooling effects of the water, as there is a private pool right on the patio with steps to make it useable for different mobility levels. Strike up some group rivalry by challenging each other to a battle on the table tennis table, sure to provide entertainment in the warm sunlight.

Punta Prima, and Menorca as a whole, is a wonderful area for holidays and tourism, meaning there is always something to do. With activities, restaurants, bars, and beaches all nearby, you will be sure to have an incredible time at Villa Cristella.

Based on the South coast of the Balearic Island of Menorca, Villa Cristella is wonderfully located. The property is based on the waterfront, with guests only needing to cross a minor road at the end of the property to access the glistening water. It is hard not to boast about the incredible view of the Mediterranean that the villa provides.

When talking of Menorca, one must mention the incredible warm white sand beaches and gorgeous clear turquoise water. There are many gorgeous beaches on all corners of the island. Experience a taste of them all by visiting Cala Pregonda, Cala Macarella and Platja de Son Bou. Not only are they suitable for swimming and relaxing, but they are known to be incredible for nature lovers due to a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status.

The property is located in a perfectly tranquil location, providing a great backdrop to rest and recuperate after long days in the sun. When you decide to step out of the villa and explore the island, the town of Punta Prima is just a five-minute walk away! Here you will find everything you could want during your stay, including several bars where you can sip from fruity cocktails that perfectly complement the warm Spanish sun.

Also, in the local town, you will find a number of restaurants to choose from each night you dine out. The restaurants serve a range of food, so there’s always something for everyone to choose from. Here you will also find some local supermarkets, perfect for you to stock up on snacks and ingredients for cooking meals – should you wish to!

The island’s highest point is right at the centre, Monte Toro, which stands at 358m tall. Here you will find the 16th Century monastery that provides exquisite views of Menorca’s coastline; below it, you will find Es Mercadal and its traditional tapas bars.

The capital city of Mahon is just a 20-minute bus ride away from the villa’s doors. Mahon, the capital city since 1721, has a number of activities for you to partake in. Go horse riding to view the beautiful nature, hop on a glass bottom boat trip from the Port of Mahon, or visit the Fortaleza de Isabel II. There is something for everyone to do in this beautiful capital city.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking.
