I had to move rooms 3 different tomes because each room had issues. First room had nasty water coming up from the sink, the second rooms shower did not work, the 3rd room was a non-smoking but still smelt like musty cigarettes. Rooms were not the best.

I paid and traveled to hotel to find they would not accept my paper copy of my Illinois ID. I then paid for a 2nd Uber to a superior hotel a few miles away but it costs much more. Loved my stay at the "rescue" hotel. Travel Lodge falling off my list for now.

I enjoyed my stay overall but there should be a better Wi-Fi connection towards the back end of the hotel’s rooms. There wasn’t enough shampoo, soap, or towels available for all of us. Other then that, it was a pleasant stay.

This property should not be rented by Expedia. It is low cost for a reason. I booked two rooms and both were nasty. Dirty all over, flooring coming up, smells and just trashy. There were tons of people fighting which brought a ton of cops (thankfully) as it was scary. I stayed for a while 10min. Do not book. Not safe and hard to get a refund.

I came for a surgery at a nearby hospital and was staying for just 2 nights. Our room smelled musty and the beds were terrible. The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors all night. The bathroom had mold starting to grow and the bedding was just a thin blanket, not even fitted sheets to the bed. Needless to say, we spent a little extra to just abandon our second night and stayed at the hampton down the road. I got a good night's rest after my surgery thanks to the switch.

They charged my credit card for the stay when I arrived, even though i prebooked it. When I told them that, they just erased the amount on the paper I had to sign. Now it's on my credit card anyway, and I have to deal with them. When i call, it just goes to voicemail every time. I've left a message but will probably have to dispute the charge on my card. What a frustrating hassle.

For one night near the airport. It was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful, polite and quick in solving a problem. The property needs to be refreshed. Although clean and had all items needed. The carpet looked sad, parts of a wall needed fixing. However, it fulfilled my need for one night. Thank you.
