Didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t have its own garage to self park. Valet is way too expensive per night. Booked the hotel thinking it would be really nice but wasn’t what i expected. Didn’t have room service. I have stayed at other hotels less expensive and had free breakfast and lunch. Didn’t know we had to place a $150 deposit fee before hand plus they still charge for other things and won’t tell you about that. Valet also stepped in gum and left it on my floor mat didn’t even bother to clean it up. Over all my stay was a 5/10.

Toilet wouldn't hardly flush. They come and"worked"on it but didn't help. One of the main reasons we booked at this hotel was because it has a hot tub. We stayed 5 night, it was out of order every day. You could tell it hadn't worked in a long time. Was hit with over 50 dollars worth of BS taxes and fees on our last day. They do not accept cash, credit card only, even at the restaurant and bar. Will not stay there again

We consider this our 'boutique hotel getaway' and are so pampered by being here, close to the river and yet quiet enough for reading books and enjoying dining in peace... and what a breakfast you offer! Lovely to visit...

Only stayed for a couple days here. No complains against the staff but the bedroom’s bathroom is a different story. Shower drain was clogged and when I called to report it, someone did come up fairly quick. He tried to unclog it by pouring some type powder and seemed like it worked but no, it was still clogged when you try to use the shower. The other thing I didn’t like is that it’s only valet parking. They say I can use other parking places but then my car is exposed to get broken into. So the hotel not having a parking space where you can park your own car and not use valet parking reduces points right there. What I like is that you’re in Downtown and you can walk to any attraction or sightseeing right there. Other than the shower bedroom was clean.

The hotel is nice. Staff is super nice but they need to a better job cleaning. The tubs has mold and we’re not smelling fresh at all. Toilet had pee stains at the bottom of the toilets. Other than that nice stay. River walk is right there and you can enjoy some family time walking. Valet does take super long. I highly recommend you call ahead to get your car out.
