In the lovely village of Saint-Rabier, in the heart of a quiet hamlet and close to all amenities, we offer you this 150 m² house beautifully renovated, located in a landscaped garden of 1600 m² with a swimming pool.



This 3-star accommodation, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, also includes a kitchen, living room and dining room, to offer you a relaxing family stay.



On the ground floor, you will discover an independent and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker will allow you to start the day well. A table and chairs are also at your disposal for your meals.



The dining room will allow you to dine next to the old press. To relax, a living room with television and comfortable sofas awaits you. A room with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and separate toilets complete this level.



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and drawers to store your belongings and settle in comfortably. A second bathroom with shower and toilet completes the floor.



Outside, you will discover a beautiful landscaped garden, with a terrace fitted out for meals and a gas barbecue. The pool, open from 17/05 to 27/09, secured by a fence and a gate, has a beach with sun loungers.



Finally, for added comfort, two parking spaces are available; as well as a baby bed and a high chair.



Located in a small hamlet, with a grocery store, a tobacco bar and a bread depot, you are in the heart of the Black Périgord. The rental is located:

Different canoe descents will allow you to travel along the river to enjoy preserved landscapes with wild accents, in this valley labelled 'Grand Site de France' in 2020. At the crossroads of Black Périgord, White Périgord and Green Périgord, your stay will be rich in discoveries.

Une maison belle et fonctionnelle, avec un jardin très agréable autour de la piscine sécurisée.Idéalement située dans le Périgord Noir, à proximité en voiture de nombreux sites touristiques.Equipe de Hoomy très réactive en cas de besoin !
