In the pretty village of Saint-Rabier, in the heart of a quiet hamlet and close to all amenities, we offer you this beautifully renovated 150 m² house, set in a 1600 m² landscaped garden with a swimming pool.This 3-star rated accommodation, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, also includes a kitchen, a living room and a dining room, to offer you a relaxing family stay.On the ground floor, you will discover an independent and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker will allow you to start the day well. A table and chairs are also available for your meals.The dining room will allow you to dine next to the old press. To relax, a living room with television and comfortable sofas awaits you. A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a separate toilet complete this level.Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and chests of drawers to store your belongings and settle in comfortably. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the floor.Outside, you will discover a beautiful landscaped garden, with a terrace set up for meals and a gas barbecue. The swimming pool, secured by a fence and a gate, has a beach with sun loungers.Finally, for more comfort, two parking spaces are available; as well as a baby cot and a high chair.Located in a small hamlet, with a grocery store, a bar-tobacco shop and a bread depot, you are in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Une maison belle et fonctionnelle, avec un jardin très agréable autour de la piscine sécurisée.Idéalement située dans le Périgord Noir, à proximité en voiture de nombreux sites touristiques.Equipe de Hoomy très réactive en cas de besoin !
