We offer for rent this charming 130 m² house in Saint-Malo, accommodating up to 6 guests. It features a spacious 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a lovely 500 m² garden.

Cleaning is included, and we provide 4-star hotel-quality linens (bed sheets, towels, dishcloths). Your bed will be made upon arrival.

• Fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and stovetop

Baby equipment:

A travel crib is available upon request when booking. For safety and hygiene reasons, we only provide the standard mattress that comes with the crib. If you require an additional mattress, please bring your own.

• Spacious 500 m² garden with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue (charcoal not provided).

L'Ecrin du Val "Rustig en rustiek huis 🙂 De locatie is heel rustig. Het huisje is heel ruim en heeft een leuke tuin. Het is dicht bij alle toeristische trekpleisters. Comfortabele bedden. Er is heel veel leuk speelgoed aanwezig voor de kids. 🙁 Het huis is al wat ouder. Hierdoor is het op sommige plaatsen wat slordig afgewerkt. Het leek proper maar de keuken en de salontafel waren nog plakkerig. De trap en de bovenverdieping kraken luid bij elke stap."

L'Ecrin du Val "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison. Joli jardin avec balançoires, agréable terrasse, beaucoup de jeux et jouets mis à disposition dans la maison pour les enfants, tous les équipements nécessaires, et l’agence a mis à notre disposition une chaise haute et des lits parapluie à notre demande. Arrivée facile et flexible grâce à un boîtier. Emilie a été très accueillante, réactive et disponible. À prendre en compte: pas de place de garage, mais il est très facile de se garer dans la rue; à 30min à pieds / 7min en voiture du centre de Saint-Malo; escaliers dangereux pour de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons vivement !"

L'Ecrin du Val "Le lieu correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La maison très agréable et soignée. Malheureusement, l'une des voisines visiblement agacée par la présence de mon véhicule à l'endroit prévu à cet effet, a rayé toute l'aile droite de ma voiture avec son vélo. Nous n'avons pu la rencontrer avant notre départ. Cet épisode et les frais engagés par moi-même pour mener a bien les réparations ont gâché la fin du séjour. Nous déconseillons vivement l'emplacement de parking proposé."

L'Ecrin du Val "Jolie maison pleine de charme, très bien placée et très pratique avec un véhicule, ce qui était notre cas. Annonce fidèle, agence en charge de la location réactive, accueil sympathique. Notre demande de lit bébé a été respectée, manquait simplement des draps que nous avons pu emprunter sur un petit lit d'une des chambres que nous n'avons pas occupée, donc aucun problème. jardin et terrasse très agréables !"

L'Ecrin du Val "Agréable maison d’époque, avec un joli jardin privatif & terrasse. On a bien aimé: Quartier très calme. Excellente boulangerie toute proche, à 3-4 min à pied. Plein de livres, BD, DVD disponibles! Cuisine très bien équipée! On a moins aimé: Pas de conseils pour visiteur dans la maison, qui est tenue par une agence de location. Attention, à 3 km de saint Malo intra-muros! Le plus économique si l’on n’aime pas marcher le long de rues sans charme, c’est de mettre la voiture au parking Féval a 750M pour la journée et de prendre la navette gratuite vers le vieux centre. Propreté « à la French » càd peut faire mieux mais ok! Pas très répondante l’agence, il manque une clé pour passer directement de la cuisine sur la terrasse, problème mineur mais l’agence ne nous a jamais recontacté! Portes de la terrasse et d’entrée qui coincent et ne ferment pas bien. Pour conclure: Parfait pour un séjour en famille, si l’on vient en voiture."
