Nestled in Rognonas near the Alpilles, Barbentane, and Avignon, this characteristic farmhouse-turned-modern holiday home offers a serene retreat. Situated approximately 2 km from the village centre with its array of shops and restaurants, this farmhouse serves as a perfect base to explore Saint Rémy de Provence, Eyragues, Maussane, and the historic city of Avignon.



On the ground floor is the kitchen and combined dining and living area. French windows open onto the terrace and garden. The first floor is air-conditioned and houses the bedrooms.



Outside, the garden includes a lawn, and a shady terrace offering views of the pool. A private and enclosed pool with dimensions 8m x 4m and a depth of 1.50m is complemented by sun loungers.

The farmhouse is in the countryside 2 km from the shops and restaurants.
