Ar condicionado não funcionando
Ambiente maneiro , bem localizado , mais não consegui dormir bem , pois o quarto compartilhado estava muito quente , sai durante a madrugada diversas vezes para poder me referescar na recepção que estava bem geladinha. O atendente na primeira vez que eu sai do quarto , me ofereceu o controle do ar do quarto para poder ajustar , mais quando da segunda vez em diante que sai , ele ficou ciente , que o problema era no ar condicionado, pois eu sai diversas vezes para me refrescar . Na manha seguinte no check out informei o ocorrido a recepção e , esta me deu uma opção tardia que deveria ter sido dada pelo atendente da madrugada que era de me mudar de quarto. Fica a dica , treinar toda a equipe para juntos prestarem um bom serviço aos hóspedes.
