The space:
The apartment contains all modern facilities to make your stay pleasant and easy going.

Large and spacious entrance hall equipped with a specially wall wood hanger and all the facilities for storing shoes and clothes.

The living room is characterized by a large and bright open space with three windows that allow you to have 100% natural light during all day. On one side we find the kitchen, new and fully equipped for all needs of the case, multifunction oven, dishes, induction plates and comfortable and spacious shelves. Continuing we find the corner dedicated to the chairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large table and the love seats that surround it. On the opposite side, in front of the kitchen we find instead a comfortable and convertible sofa and a large free space along the corner wall that can easily be used for the daily workout.

The sleeping area is separated by a door that allows access ensuring privacy due to any friends or roommates. The bedroom is large, bright and spacious. It is characterized by a large window and a king size bed that is the master and a proper four-season wardrobe.

Interaction with guests:
Full bedding, sheets, linen, a towel and a set of keys are provided for each guest, if needed. The apartment is nicely suited for one couple, two - three friends or business travellers who wants to wake up to something unique and charming right in the heart of Riga.

The neighbourhood:
The apartment bulding is located in a big private yard characterized by large common green spaces dedicated to private parking and relaxing time for adults and kids . The Entire building is not facing the street, so its pretty quite. The Flat is at 3rd floor.

The guest can use the entire apartment at the time of his stay, and also free parking for cars anywhere in the street where the house is located.

Before and during your stay, you will have full support for your questions. Usually we answer you witin a short time to help you. When you need help to organize your Riga trip, we give you suggestions, where to go, to eat or simply to spend a good time.

Apartment is located in charming - quiet center, near the parks, shops, big mall, sports fields, gas station, 24/7 supermarket just 2 miutes walk from the house. The Old Town is accessible in 5 minutes by walking from the flat.

Getting around:
Public and private transport are excellent in Riga. Bus, Train, Tram, Trolleybus, Taxi ext. The central Origo Station is at 5 minutes by walking from the apartment and from there you can get train directly to Riga Beach in 20 minutes.

NOTE and Things to know. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability. If the apartment is unoccupied at the time of your arrival, you may certainly check-in early free of charge. Please keep in mind that can not be guaranted. ( If the apartment is occupied before your check-in day, the guests in the apartmetn will have the right to keep the apartment untill 12.00 ( + an additional 2 hours of cleaning time )
