There was no water in the room and reception was closed when I arrived since there is nothing nearby to this location I slept thirsty. Additionally, there was no toothpaste in the kit. Lastly, I was disappointed because the coffee maker was so filthy that I didn’t consider to have a coffee in the morning as well.

The staff went out of her way to be helpful. We were earlier there than expected and since our room was not ready yet, she suggested another room that was more suitable for my wife. Greatly appreciated. Recommend !!!

Older property and some of the rooms are quite small, at least ours was smaller than anticipated. Parking was a small headache. The location is great! It is “Old Quebec” and that was the vibe we were hoping to experience. Easy walking distance to soo much! Maria was very helpful. She obviously cares about her work and makes the extra effort. A true asset.
