The hotel is a bit run down. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle each time. There was no one at the valet parking desk so, after a long wait, we parked the car ourselves. The view from our room was stunning though! The hotel was clean , quiet, and perfectly located. I would recommend this hotel.

Only about 1/2 mile from the Old City proper and a very nice walk. Immediately adjacent to the Plains of Abraham and the beautiful Joan of Arc garden making it perfect for the jogger or walker needing a bit of exercise. The only knock I had was there was nothing open in the hotel in the early morning (before 7 am) where one could buy some coffee or breakfast. No problem however since there was a small bakery about a block away that had both. Great place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

Very convenient. We loved staying there. The hotel was close to the hop on and off bus stop. Beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant at the top of the building. The restaurant slowly moves around so you see all the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed walking around the area.

Was very impressed with bell man who walked to where we HAD due to bike race and insisted on carry our luggage uphill to hotel. This is service to the best On negative air conditioning is terrible in room , not very cool AND VERY VERY LOUD coming on..hard to sleep. A lamp on both night tables would be nice .. All an all a good stay, but not great

The team was excellent, Ines and Yvonn specifically. I observed the masterfully handle a number of irate guests. Ines specifically was courtious, professional, and displayed great experience. The rooms and halls were so so sad and in disrepair. I took a number of photos but cannot upload. Wallpaper peeling, large brown spots in tub, floor lifting, walls stained. Hallway carpets looked 50 years old and were fuzzy, holes, shedding. Elevator missing buttons. Ownership is clearly not reinvesting in the upkeep of this otherwise grande dame.

Old and outdated. Hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to heat up around 4pm in the day. Lots of paint chips on walls in room and noticeable age to building.
