The staff and reception were excellent. Always saying hi and could they help you from first day through the last day. Only downside was trying to sell us vacation timeshare after we told them we were there strictly for vacation. Would highly recommend but stay away from timeshare unless it’s your interest.

Everyone we encountered "staff" upon our arrival to the time we left was very helpful, respectful and very personable. We will be visiting again and definitely recommend.

Lovely place. Lovely people. Only feedback is on the staff. Hate when there’s a clear bias towards people who are white compared to people of color. Understand everyone has paid equal amount of money or even more to be there. The job of the staff inside and outside is to be customer centric rather color centric. Some of the staffs were great and some totally lacked this ethic, and being human element. Make every customer of yours belong, the property is great. It can me excellent with the focus on customer service for all not just few.

This was a great hotel in which my family enjoyed our stay. The only thing i was not okay with is the shared balcony’s. This was not a problem during our stay but we had good guests next to us.
