"This was our second stay here and the service is amazing. Sergio, Johnny and Nacho are fantastic pool/beach waiters. The two waitresses in the lounge in the evening, Lily and Esmerelda were also great. The hostess in La Cevicheria and breakfast buffet Danae is the best. She has such a kind positive presence. Room was very nice and food was great for a resort."

"Servers go out of their way to assist you. Front desk individuals could communicate better, like checking out and providing you with a slip authorizing you to leave but not telling you who to provide that too. You need to put a card in a slit for your room to have electricity but it’s not like you’re going to use your credit card so why can’t they come up with an extra key room for that purpose!"
