The apartment has 1 king bed, sofa, work/lunch space, kitchen and bathroom.

Enjoy the roof top, beatiful views day and night, with swiming pool and work/relax area.
Other things to note
⚠️El consumo de energía eléctrica no está incluido en la renta, se cobran al momento del check in 75 pesos mexicanos por día o 4 United estates dollars por día.

El consumo está limitado a 15 kilowatts por día (el uso promedio) en caso de haber excedente, se cobra al final de la estadía.

Nice Condo

It works, clean, convenient and the staff of the building are awesome! I tried to extend my stay with the manager and I think we had some communication issues.

Worst experience ever

I booked this property for New Year’s Eve and Day and when I arrived, the passcode I was given didn’t work. I also thought I could hear people in the unit, I had tried messaging the host the week before with a few questions which he never replied. After trying to call him, he finally answered and said he didn’t see my reservation and rented it to someone else. He blamed it on Vrbo saying he had problems syncing with their calendar even though the charges went through on my cc and I was given a reservation and confirmation number. It was extremely stressful knowing that I didn’t have a place to stay on NYE. After trying many times to call an agent at Vrbo, she actually helped me find another place to stay and gave me a full refund. I’ve heard of others having this kind of experience but this is my first time having a truly negative experience booking with Vrbo. Buyer beware.
