Stay in the quiet, leafy green conveniently located apartment in Shenton Park close to Subiaco. A quick 5-minute drive to the Perth City (CBD) and a short 15 minute walk to Subiaco. It will take 5 minutes to walk to Shenton Park Village where you will find a well-stocked convenience store (IGA The Good Grocer), chemist, gift stores and the famous Lawleys Cafe and other speciality stores. Resturants and cafes within walking distance include Petite Mort, Kiri Japanese, Galileo Buona Cucina.

Located close to West Perth, Nedlands and Crawley, the new Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (5-minute walk across the park) and The University of Western Australia (UWA) (5 Min by local bus).

Shenton Park - Lovely locale - neat Unit.
Shenton Park is a relaxing place to stay…convenient to shops and transport with the lovely Kings Park a few steps away. The unit was clean and functional. Very quiet. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great little apartment in prime location.
Fantastic little apartment close to city and major hospitals. Safe location with secure off the street parking. Well appointed with everything required for our four week stay. Would definitely stay again when in Perth.

An enjoyable stay
Despite some early problems with the NBN and TV we had an enjoyable stay for our week in Perth. I have to commend the service we received from Larissa who was really helpful with the issues I've highlighted despite it being on a weekend.
