Rural house with three floors. Located in small village and in the middle of nature of the Picos de Europa. On the border of Cantabria and Asturias. Very close to its beaches, San Vicente de la Barquera, Llanes, Comillas, etc.

It has three bedrooms with full bathroom in each of them. Wide area for children, reading, yoga, etc., on one of the floors, with relaxing and nautical decoration.

Very appropriate environment to walk along paths surrounded by vegetation, lush flora of the place and diverse fauna, roe deer, wild boars, eagles, vultures, etc.

In short, an ideal place to rest in a completely relaxing area and absent from noise, rush, tensions, etc. Total rural environment.

Beautiful stay
We enjoyed staying in the house. It’s a very quiet place to relax with beautiful surroundings. The owners are helpful and friendly. The children ( and the adults) had fun playing the games in the garden. The house is well equipped with all the stuff needed for a weeks stay.

Una casa preciosa y un entorno idilico
Hola, la verdad es que disfrutamos mucho de nuestro alojamiento, Ysabel y su marido estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. La casa es preciosa, super moderna y el entorno idilico para desconectar. Lo único que comentar es que es una zona sin cobertura de internet, por lo que aunque tengan wifi, no se puede teletrabajar por ejemplo y dentro de la casa no hay cobertura de teléfono. Si esto es imprescindible como lo era en nuestro caso, considerarlo. Muchas gracias a los 2 por vuestra amabilidad.

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Anwesen
Wir hatten die Unterkunft ausgewählt um von dort aus Motorradtouren ins Umland zu machen. Die Anfahrt mit einem PKW und Anhänger war etwas Tricky hat aber dank der Hilfe der Gastgeber super geklappt. das Haus ist ausgesprochen Liebevoll hergerichtet und lässt es an Komfort nicht mangeln! Begrüßt wird man durch einen Vesperkorb mit Milch, Brot, Olivenöl.... Jedes Schlafzimmer hat hat ein eigens Bad mit WC, dort findet man alles was man braucht, Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher.. Fensterläden sorgen für Dunkelheit auch in hellen Nächten. Die Betten sind groß und bezogen, wem es kalt wird kann sich noch zusätzlich Bettdecken nehmen. jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Heizung. Die schränke im Flur bieten genügend Platz für Garderobe. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Stereoanlage/ CD Player und Fernseher ausgestattet. in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Microwelle, Backofen usw. Im großen Garten gibt es Mehrere Sitzgruppen zum Essen oder Genießen, einen eigenen Grillplatz gibt es auch. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Empfangen wird man von den Gastgebern an der Hauptstraße und gemeinsam fährt man dann ca. 4 Km auf den Berg, so spart man sich bestimmt viel Zeit. Der Gastgeber ist immer über Telefon erreichbar und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit ohne aber aufdringlich zu sein . Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen dank dafür

Super erholsam!
... war unsere Woche im Landhaus EL CAU. Ein Landhaus mit viel Flair und allem was wir brauchten. Bequeme Betten, viel Platz, schön zum draußen Sitzen, besonders morgens zum Frühstück unter der Markise vor dem Haus mit toller Aussicht. Es gab so viel zu unternehmen: Wanderungen in den Pico de Europa, sehr gute Restaurants, die Atlantikküste, ... Ysabel und Agustín sind super Gastgeber und sehr besorgt, dass in Zeiten von Covid alles sicher abläuft.

Es todo lo que se puede esperar de un casa así. Tranquila, acogedora, limpia, bonita. No le falta un detalle para que la estancia sea muy cómoda, como en casa. Los dueños muy amables y agradables. Realmente recomendable.

Una Casa Encantadora
La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos publicadas, está muy bien, aunque parece pequeña, está muy bien diseñada. El lugar es muy tranquilo y nos gustó mucho. Tiene un patio delantero que también está muy bien.

Magnifica casa rural
Hemos estado una semana y el alojamiento superó todas nuestras expectativas. Y ya he estado en unas cuantas. Al menos para nosotros esta ubicada en un entorno ideal. El trato con los dueños fue muy atento y nos explicaron con detalle todo lo necesario. A la casa no le falta ningún detalle, y no exagero, tanto en la cocina como en los baños. La limpieza es excelente y los dormitorios y la buhardilla amplios y confortables. Repetiremos sin duda alguna, ya que nos encanta Asturias y especialmente esta zona.
