Noisy work during daytime includes jackhammers and large equipment such as excavators, etc. There are no planned closures of amenities or water shut offs, and there will always be at least 1 entry/exit open during the entire project. Steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.

Horizon South is located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, a short walk across the street from where you can access the private Emerald Coast beach. Choose from four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your friends in the mini-golf area or on the tennis and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you can access an exercise room and pool tables.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
