"Nice older hotel. Great views from the roof top dining room. Fantastic customer service from everyone at the front desk. Wonderful dining room, and great breakfast. Had rental car issues while there, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got mechanic assistance (even when the car company did not). Very convenient location to most of what you would like to see in Palermo as well as dining options too numerous to count within walking distance as well. Highly recommended hotel. FYI Elevator was being replaced in late February 2024 making it difficult for older people/physically challenged. OTherwise perfect stay!"

"Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance. "
