The room was nice and beds were comfy. However, the aircon was not working well and although we adjusted it multiple times, it would start to blow hot air after awhile. We ended up not sleeping well for most of the nights. When we emailed them about this issue and asked for a fan or any other alternative, the response we got was merely instructions on how to use the aircon. After a second email asking them to provide a fan, they did not reply. This was disappointing as their email responses were fast only BEFORE our stay, when they were asking for payment. After payment was made, they did not attempt to resolve the problems we had.
